How to find the reference of my machine?
The reference of the machine is the name that possesses. Example: MDA-80Q. In addition you can find the detailed reference of your machine on its nameplate where is indicated the name of the machine, its serial number and its year of manufacture.
I have already exceeded the guaranteed date of my machine, can I still benefit from the offer "Save your machine" to have one more year?
If you have a machine for less than a year, you can benefit from this offer. If not, it will not work.
